Welcome to Sentient Yoga. I'm Selina Harris.


There's nothing I'm more passionate about than the study and practice of yoga. I began my journey as a dental hygienist, working in a profession that - like many others - is physically demanding and emotionally intense. In 2018, I founded Sentient Yoga to share the healing power of physical yoga practice with fellow professionals navigating the toll of service-centered work.

You're likely here because something in your life doesn't feel aligned - physically, emotionally, or both. Whether you're managing the repetitive strain of your career, the invisible labor of family life, or simply the stress of caring for others in an intimate capacity, yoga can be a pathway back to yourself.
