My hope is that yoga does not intimidate. Yoga is all inclusive and for everyone. It does not matter your age, health or history. Yoga is for everyone. There is a path for you.

As a teacher, my experience comes from over 25 years of practice and deep studies. E-RYT 500 is my certification level. The specific training includes hundreds of additional hours and extensive training in yoga therapy. This, along with my occupation as a dental hygienist, allows me to bring a therapeutic, highly educational, yoga course directly to people suffering from the forward-folded nature of our lives.
